Kegan and Lahey bring adult development theory to deliberately developmental organizations

Everyone Culture: Becoming a Deliberately Developmental Organization by Robert Kegan and Lisa Laskow Lahey.  Published by Harvard Business Review Press, 2016.  $32.00 hardcover, 336 pages.  ISBN -13 978-1625278623

When we founded Collaborative Coaching in 2010, we were deeply guided by a belief that personal and professional growth are two sides of the same coin. Few authors exemplify this conviction with evidence and clarity as well as Kegan and Lahey.

Everyone Culture demonstrates that organizational growth occurs when individuals within the organization embrace change and use professional misadventures as opportunities for growth and learning. Kegan and Lahey are the academic pioneers of adult development theory, the underpinning for much of the organizational work written about here.
