He believes that leadership challenges are often not just skill challenges but rather personal growth challenges – and by transforming personally, we can evolve professionally, and lead with more authenticity. He is the co-author of the book Growing Up at Work: How to Transform Personally, Evolve Professionally, and Lead Authentically which explores this approach.
Yosh has recently served as the interim Executive Vice President for a global non-profit organization – an experience that sharpened his sense of the skills, behaviors, and mindsets that best support effective leadership and high-performance team collaboration in the modern workplace.
More than the sum of its parts
Yes, collaboration creates better outcomes – but getting there is the trick. Collective problem-solving and decision-making add time and complexity – and have their own dynamics that benefit from process facilitation.
