Yosh is the managing partner and co-founder of Collaborative Coaching. He brings over 15 years of global experience as an executive coach and organizational effectiveness consultant. He has worked with numerous Fortune 1000 companies, high-growth organizations, NGOs, and nonprofits – and was named one of the Top 10 Executive Coaches in New York City in 2021.
Yosh speaks both the language of human and organizational dynamics. Trained as a scientist, consultant, mediator, and therapist, he combines analytical skill with a deep understanding of human behavior. He holds a Master of Science in theoretical physics from the Technical University Berlin, a professional degree in strategic decision and risk management from Stanford University, and licenses as psychotherapist and mediator. Yosh is fully bilingual in English and German, a Certified SCRUM Master, certified Hogan Assessment Consultant, and a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Stakeholder-Centered Executive Coach.
Yosh supports individual leaders and leadership teams to lead and relate in emotionally healthy, effective, and strategically-aligned ways. Clients describe his coaching style as “warm but challenging”. His approach combines self-reflection and experimentation with new behaviors and attitudes to support measurable, sustainable, positive behavior change. He believes that leadership challenges are often not just skill challenges but rather personal growth challenges – and by transforming personally, we can evolve professionally, and lead with more authenticity. He is the co-author of the book Growing Up at Work: How to Transform Personally, Evolve Professionally, and Lead Authentically which explores this approach.
Yosh has recently served as the interim Executive Vice President for a global non-profit organization – an experience that sharpened his sense of the skills, behaviors, and mindsets that best support effective leadership and high-performance team collaboration in the modern workplace.
