From a one-time intervention to repeated interactions, our work with clients lasts from a few weeks to a few years. Working with people is never a linear process - and the duration of our collaboration depends on what we find during the needs assessment - and on your and your team's determination. Sustainable, behavioral change is informed by the beginning state and by the time individuals or teams are willing to invest. These approximate time commitments here have served clients well in the past.
